I believe the best weddings are felt before they're seen — and remembered long after the last guest leaves.
Not because they were beautiful, though they were. But because the atmosphere was alive. The room felt like somewhere. The evening built into something nobody wanted to end.
That's what I design for. Every time.
Before founding Rebecca Valentine Design, I spent years managing VIP hospitality for UEFA — delivering Champions League and club competition finals across Europe for up to 800 high-profile guests per event.
It was an environment where the standard was absolute and the margin for error was zero. That experience shaped everything about how I work today — the calm under pressure, the obsession with every detail of a guest's experience, and the understanding that the most unforgettable events are the ones that feel completely effortless, however hard won that effortlessness actually was.
I brought all of that to weddings. And I haven't looked back.
My approach begins with genuine curiosity about you as a couple — where you travel, what moves you, how you want your guests to feel when they walk into a room. That understanding becomes the foundation for everything: the venue, the aesthetic, the flow of the day, the smallest details that guests may not consciously notice but will absolutely feel.
I work with a curated network of the UK and Europe's finest suppliers — florists, photographers, caterers, lighting designers — chosen not just for their craft but for their ability to work seamlessly as a team under pressure.
I design weddings across the UK — from London townhouses and Cotswolds estates to Scottish castles and coastal clifftops — as well as destination celebrations in Greece, Italy, and the South of France. Every wedding is different. Every wedding is personal. And every wedding gets my full attention, which is why I take on only a small number of commissions each year.

Words cannot describe how utterly incredible Rebecca is. When we first reached out to her, we thought we might be setting her an impossible task. A very big life change, meant our (non-existant beyond an engagement ring) wedding plans needed to be expedited and then some. We had a mere eight weeks from our first phone call to our big day and had nothing other than a rough budget, a Pinterest board and an ambition to get married at Hackney Town Hall (given its sentimental value to us both). So all in all -very little for her to go on… But my goodness did she pull it out the bag. Not only was our wedding utterly breathtaking thanks to her expertly chic styling, but it was the most seamless event I’ve ever attended (and I often run them for work) thanks to her unmatched planning and project management skills. If you are looking for a wedding planner, you’d be foolish to let her pass you by. A true partner and gorgeous person in general, she will leave you speechless on your big day (in a totally good way). We cannot thank you enough, Rebecca. Thanks to you, our wedding was beyond anything we could have briefed or imagined. You made what could have been the most stressful day (and time given everything else we had to plan simultaneously), truly magical. Five stars aren’t enough.

Rebecca was the most incredible coordinator for our summer city wedding in London. We hired her to be a month-of coordinator but she went above and beyond for us; even our guests took us aside to compliment her. She stands out from the crowd with her excellent taste, extreme competence, and lovely personality.
After doing a ton of research to find a suitable coordinator, Rebecca initially stood out for her strong aesthetic sensibility and tasteful eye. She understood our moodboards and suggested vendors that aligned with what we wanted. She helped our florist decorate the venues the day-of and elevated the decor with subtle touches (setting out favors in a particular way, pinning tablecloths to a particular drape).
Beyond her attention to detail and aptitude for last-minute improvisation where needed, Rebecca will also ensure your wedding goes as smoothly as possible with her unparalleled planning and project management skills. She accompanied us to meetings with our venues and vendors, making suggestions for equipment we might need or things to note that we had never even thought of—as we don’t plan weddings often. Rebecca also tailored her services to our specific needs: some of my attending family only speak Chinese and she sourced a lovely Chinese-speaking assistant to guide them on the day.
Above all, Rebecca has a kind, calming, and warm personality, which is absolutely crucial when spending so much time with someone and entrusting them with your wedding. When we faced difficult vendors, she helped draft communications to them and consistently assured us that everything would work out. In every interaction, we felt as if Rebecca truly cared about us and ensuring we had the best time, rather than just carrying out a job.
