Kin House, Wiltshire

Located in Kington Langley, north Wiltshire, Kin House is within easy reach of London (just five minutes from Chippenham station) and 25 minutes by car from Bristol. The Grade II*-listed Georgian manor has 10 acres of gardens and private woodland.

Featuring interiors by one of our fave interior designers, Barlow & Barlow, the House has 12 bedrooms sleeping 24 guests, lounges, a bridal dressing room and barbers, bars, and multiple dining spaces.

Guests can expect a hotel-style experience while they stay, from a hearty morning breakfast to rehearsal dinners, bespoke activities, yoga classes and movie nights. There is the option of outdoor feasting in private woodland, plus glamping and tent set-ups in the expansive gardens.

The main event space can seat up to 200 people and has a bar and stage for live music. Civil ceremonies can take place in the Hearth Room for up to 80 guests, the stunning new light-filled Garden House for up to 200, or next to the Walled Gardens under the Arbour for up to 160.

Couples can attend quarterly classes and workshops at the house in the run-up to their wedding, which range from floristry and home-brewing to calligraphy and table-scaping.

Babington House, Somerset

If you’re looking for a venue where you can dance until the wee hours, Babington house may be the venue for you. On the day you will have the run of the House, exclusive accommodation across 33 bedrooms, a champagne reception with bites, followed by your wedding dinner in the Orangery, drinks, dancing and a DJ until late. Breakfast is included the next morning as well as flowers and lighting. You can party as loud and as late as you like. there’s no curfew because you’d be surrounded by sheep and fields!
