Three days, three celebrations, and one very good reason to head to Provence, France. Rebecca and James brought their guests together for a destination wedding at Domaine de Valbonne, where romantic French elegance met playful, modern design. Each event had its own identity, with gorgeous, lush colour palettes, organic styling, and unexpected details that built anticipation from one celebration to the next.

Le Marché Soirée, Rehearsal Dinner

The celebrations began with Le Marché Soirée, an effortlessly chic welcome dinner inspired by the charm of a Provençal market. Deep greens, crisp whites, and fresh green fruits set the tone, alongside beautifully styled grazing stations that let guests settle in, mingle, and enjoy their first evening together.

Romance en Fleurs, Wedding Day

The following day, Romance en Fleurs brought a completely different energy. Set within the beautiful gardens of the French château, the ceremony took place beneath the lush canopies of mature plane trees (platanes), creating a naturally romantic backdrop. A colourful palette of soft blues, pinks, peaches and lilacs, layered with creams, greenery and touches of gold, carried through the day, with organic florals arranged in pots and baskets.

The wedding dinner unfolded in the French country estate courtyard, where a sweeping serpentine top table became the centrepiece, adding beautiful movement and depth to the space. Overhead fairy lights created a magical evening glow, while every styling detail was thoughtfully considered. One of our favourite details? The deep green placemats, beautifully layered with elegant place settings and abundant flowers. As the evening drew in, the candlelit tables and warm Provençal atmosphere set the scene for a seriously good celebration, with guests dancing long into the night.

Citrus Splash, Pool Party

And because one wedding day is never quite enough, the celebrations continued with Citrus Splash, a vibrant poolside finale. Bold oranges, playful citrus details, refreshing cocktails, mocktails and food trucks brought a relaxed, sun-soaked energy to the final day. Thoughtfully styled fruit details appeared throughout the three-day experience, adding a playful thread of continuity while allowing each celebration to have its own personality. Three days of considered design, French charm and seriously good celebrations, all with a little unexpected twist.
