Hi, I’m Rebecca
I'm the founder and creative director of Rebecca Valentine Design — and I'll be the person planning your wedding, personally, from first conversation to final dance (and beyond).
My background is in world-class VIP event management. Before founding this business I worked with UEFA in Switzerland, delivering high-stakes experiences for some of the most demanding clients in European sport. That precision — the kind that comes from knowing failure isn't an option — is what I bring to every wedding I take on.
I work with a small number of couples each year, in London, across the UK, and in Europe. Couples who have a strong sense of who they are, who want their wedding to feel completely and unmistakably theirs, and who want a planner with the creative eye and the operational rigour to make it happen without the stress.
No junior handoffs. No templates. Just considered, meticulous work — and a wedding that stays with your guests for years.

01. Discovery Call
Our process is, first and foremost, about YOU. If you can dream it, we can produce it. We want to get to know you as a couple, where you travel, where you love to eat, what makes your heart beat. This is where the fun starts!
02. Crafting Your Dreams
Finding the venue, the perfect suppliers, full styling, budget management, production plans, timelines, print & stationary management are to name a few tricks to pull out of our hat. Our objective is for you to enjoy the lead up to the day and let us deal with the nitty gritty.
03. The Big Day
We are on site from the moment the first supplier arrives until the last supplier leaves. Our job is not only to put the cherry on the cake but to mix together every ingredient too.

I design around all five senses because the couples I work with don't want a wedding that looks good in photographs. They want one that feels extraordinary in real life — and stays with their guests for years.
